A white-sand beach with crystal-clear water connected to the main island by bridge — no boat needed for paradise.
Connected to Motobu Peninsula by a bridge, Sesoko Island has one of Okinawa's most beautiful natural beaches. The 200m stretch of white coral sand faces the East China Sea with views of Ie Island. Unlike resort beaches, Sesoko has minimal development — just the sand, the sea, and a simple parking lot. The snorkeling around the coral outcrops is excellent.
Local tips
The north end of the beach has the best snorkeling reef. Bring your own gear — there are no rental shops. Avoid summer weekends.
