Cancellations and returns
Because Yuku Japan provides digital content that is made available immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Payment processing and data
We use Stripe for payment processing, analytics, and related business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. We never see or store your full card number. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is not retained on Yuku Japan servers.
