Overview
One of Japan's three largest limestone caves with 'Dragon Blue' lakes.
This cave system extends unknown distances underground, with over 3,600 meters explored so far. It is famous for its underground lakes, the third of which is 98 meters deep and illuminated with blue lights to showcase its incredible transparency. The constant 10°C temperature makes it a cool refuge in summer and a fascinating geological journey year-round.
