Overview
Private farm turned public 'flower mountain'.
Originally a silk-worm farm, the family began planting flowering trees to sell. It eventually became so beautiful that they opened it to the public. In mid-April, the entire mountain explodes in shades of pink, white, and yellow as cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, and forsythia bloom simultaneously. It offers a panoramic view of Fukushima City framed by a literal wall of flowers.
