ZOZOマリンスタジアム
Overview
Home to Japan's most fervent baseball fans with organized cheering squads performing ritualized chants and songs.
ZOZO Marine Stadium is the home ground of the Chiba Lotte Marines and one of the best places to experience the electrifying atmosphere of Japanese baseball. The organized cheering sections, known as ouendan, perform coordinated chants, songs, and choreographed routines for every batter, creating a wall of sound that is unlike anything in Western ballparks. Stadium food goes well beyond hot dogs, with bento boxes, craft beer, and local specialties available throughout the concourse. Tickets start around 2,000 yen for outfield seats, and catching a night game with the bay breeze and fireworks after a Marines win is a genuinely memorable experience.
