Overview

Yayoi Kusama's larger walk-in red pumpkin sculpture at the Miyanoura ferry port.

Yayoi Kusama's second Naoshima pumpkin: bigger, brighter, and walk-in. Installed at Miyanoura Port in 2006, this hollow red sculpture lets visitors step inside and photograph the polka-dot interior. It greets nearly everyone arriving on the island by ferry from Takamatsu.
