Ultimate spot to experience 'Niyodo Blue' water.
A hidden gorge along a tributary of the Niyodo River, where the trademark Niyodo Blue water flows through pools and cascades surrounded by lush forest. The gorge's Hiryu Falls drops 30 meters into a swimming hole, and the hiking trail passes through a landscape of moss-covered boulders and fern-draped cliffs. Far less visited than Nikobuchi, it offers a more solitary Niyodo Blue experience.
