Overview
Small onsen facility located at the base of the famous Yamadera Temple.
Small, quiet facility located just a short walk from the entrance of the Yamadera Temple complex. It is a popular spot for hikers returning from the climb to the temple's summit. The facility is simple and traditional, providing a clean and relaxing environment. The water is a simple alkaline spring, clear and gentle. It is a great place to soak tired muscles after the 1,000-step climb. The atmosphere is very local and provides a peaceful end to a day of exploring the temple and the surrounding mountains.
