This hall brings four major Noto festivals indoors with full-sized floats, large-screen video, and sound recordings. A 12-meter replica dekayama float is the centerpiece, but the footage of the Notojima Koda Fire Festival's 30-meter pine torch is the main event for many. Note the closures: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
