A stream is carved into the soft volcanic rock at the base of Mount Taruma. Green mossy walls rise straight up from the slow flowing waters. An easy hike, if you’re looking for some peace and quiet, visitors are often surprised to find themselves alone to soak in the serene atmosphere. Be careful wading in the water, though, as it can be cold and slippery.
