While many visit Otaru's canal, fewer make it to this stone warehouse brewery. Built in 1905, it utilizes Otaru's cold climate to brew sake throughout all four seasons. Visitors can tour the production area, taste local spring water used in the process, and sample exclusive seasonal sakes that aren't distributed elsewhere.
