Shoseien Garden
garden
渉成園
A retreat for Higashi Honganji priests, the garden uses borrowed scenery from beyond its walls. The draw is seasonal: cherry trees in spring, or a rare water hyacinth with bluish-purple flowers on the pond in autumn. The gates close at 4 PM, so plan for a morning or early afternoon visit.
