Shikairou

Widely credited with inventing champon, the hearty noodle soup that has become Nagasaki's signature dish. Their grand restaurant overlooks the harbor and includes exhibits on champon history, creating an experience beyond the meal itself. The original recipe, rich pork broth loaded with seafood, pork, and vegetables, remains the standard against which all others are measured.
