Sekigane Onsen Yumeikan

Sekigane Onsen is included in an official list of the best 100 hot springs in Japan and is also listed as a “National Hot Spring Health Resort”. Radium-rich Misasa Onsen is just a couple of valleys away, although it takes around 35 minutes by road to reach it. The hot springs of Sekigane also contain high levels of radium, although not quite on the same level as its illustrious neighbor. The H2O of Sekigane is famously clear and odorless, despite having high levels of minerals and naturally occurring chemicals that are beneficial to health. For this reason, the hot springs are to have “platinum water”.
