A completely abandoned island featuring a lone, majestic red-brick church.
An entire island that is now uninhabited, save for wild deer and the striking red-brick Nokubi Church. Hidden Christians fled here to practice their faith in complete isolation. Walking the deserted, terraced ruins offers an incredibly moving and melancholic experience.
