Ingredients are locally sourced and seasonal, offering the finest of Kyushu’s bounty year-round. There are brunch, lunch and dinner courses available. Trains run on Fridays, weekends and national holidays, with some exceptions. Note that departure locations, times and meals vary depending on the season. There is no space for luggage onboard this train, so send any suitcases separately.
