プチ村(吉祥寺プチ村)
Storybook-themed cluster of cafes and boutiques in a 1970s wooden cottage compound; cat-island themed alleys.
A storybook-themed cluster of cafes, small boutiques, and a vintage shop housed in a 1970s wooden cottage compound, restored 2007 by the village's longtime owner family. The narrow walkways and mock-Tudor cottages reference European folktales rather than Japanese aesthetics; the on-site Cat Cafe Temari no Ouchi (Temari's Home) is themed as a cat-island fishing village.
Cat Cafe Temari no Ouchi requires reservations on weekends. The Petit Mura cafe is upstairs of the central cottage and serves a fixed-menu lunch set 1,200 yen.
