Overview
The Peace Park area in northern Nagasaki marks the hypocenter of the 1945 atomic bombing. The Atomic Bomb Museum, Peace Statue, and Urakami Cathedral form a sobering walking route through memorials and reconstructed grounds. Allow two to three hours for the museum alone.
