Overview
Working dairy farm with a fresh-milk cafe, a custard cream-puff specialty, and a hay-bale photo spot facing Mt. Yotei.
Niseko Takahashi Farm runs a 60-cow dairy operation in the Soga district of Niseko Town, with two on-site shops open to visitors. Milk Kobo is the dessert cafe, best known for the custard-filled cream puff baked daily from the morning milking. PRATIVO is a sit-down restaurant using the farm's milk and local Niseko vegetables. The hay-bale photo spot in the field outside is one of the most photographed views of Mt. Yotei in Hokkaido.
Local tips
Cream puffs sell out by mid-afternoon on summer weekends. The PRATIVO lunch reservation is the way to skip the cafe queue.
