ニセコチーズ工房
Niseko's first dedicated cheese maker, with a tasting room and shop selling the awamori-washed Niseko Momiji and a local Camembert.
Niseko Cheese Factory in Soga district produces a small line of Western and Japanese-style cheeses from local Hokkaido milk, founded in 1998 as the area's first dedicated cheese maker. The shop and tasting bar open onto the production floor; the signature Niseko Momiji is a soft red-rind cheese washed in awamori, and the Niseko Camembert and house-made mozzarella are also produced on site. Closed Wednesdays.
