Built on the grounds of the Negishi Racecourse (established 1866), this expansive park preserves the original grandstand ruins, a striking concrete structure overtaken by vegetation. Local tips
The old grandstand is fenced off but photogenic from outside. Walk to the park's highest point for the best angle with Mt. Fuji behind the ruins.
