Polished granite gorge with natural water slides and a Top 100 waterfall.

Twelve kilometers of polished granite riverbed create natural water slides and crystal-clear pools in this gorge at the foot of Mount Onigajo. Yukiwa Falls, designated one of Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls, streams down an 80-meter monolithic rock face. Canyoning tours let visitors slide down the natural chutes, leap into deep pools, and rappel rock faces through dense subtropical forest.
