Overview
Elegant champagne-gold lights along the upscale Naka-dori Avenue.
The Marunouchi district, located between Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace, hosts an elegant winter display featuring its signature 'Champagne Gold' LEDs. Over 300 trees along the 1.2km Marunouchi Naka-dori are draped in roughly one million energy-efficient lights. The warm glow creates a romantic atmosphere for evening shoppers and diners. In addition to the street lights, various office buildings in the area host themed Christmas trees and art installations. During the peak season, a skating rink and specialized food trucks are often set up along the pedestrian-friendly avenue.
