Overview
Rare pentagonal rock formations resembling turtle shells.
Located on Oujima (connected to Kumejima by bridge). These flat, geometric andesite rocks appear at low tide, resembling a tatami mat floor or a giant turtle shell. It is a designated National Natural Monument.
