Inside Ueno Park beneath Iga-Ueno Castle, this museum occupies a reconstructed ninja residence with trap doors, revolving walls, and hidden compartments demonstrated by costumed guides. The museum traces Iga-ryu ninjutsu from the 15th to 18th century, displaying authentic shuriken, climbing tools, and coded scrolls. Live shuriken-throwing shows run in the outdoor arena.
