Suspension bridge offering views of a river valley covered in autumn colors.
Famous for the Shiomitaki Suspension Bridge, which spans 60 meters across the Hananuki River. In mid-to-late November, the branches of the maple trees on either side of the bridge grow toward each other, forming a natural tunnel of red and yellow leaves that visitors can walk through. Below the bridge, the river flows over small waterfalls and rock formations, adding to the picturesque scene. It is a popular spot for light hiking and photography, offering a more rugged and natural autumn experience compared to the manicured gardens of Tokyo.
