The ground floor has a gift shop selling local products, a sightseeing information desk, and a theater showing a film about the islands' traditional baramon kites, along with a public archive of historical documents. The second floor covers samurai family artifacts, models of the envoy ships sent to China, and notable cultural figures from the island's past. The third floor focuses on the history of Christianity in the Goto Islands from the arrival of Portuguese missionaries in 1566 to the present, alongside displays of farming and fishing tools and explanations of local festivals and kagura dance.
