A 2017 retail and cultural complex designed by the Tange Associates studio, occupying a full city block south of Ginza 4-chome. The 13-floor central atrium hosts rotating monumental art commissions (past artists include Yayoi Kusama, teamLab, Nobuhiro Nakanishi); the rooftop garden is one of the largest publicly accessible rooftop spaces in central Tokyo. The complex anchors with Tsutaya Books on the 6th floor, Kanze Noh Theatre on B1, and 240+ retail shops across the lower levels.

Local tips

Rooftop garden is free during opening hours; quieter on weekdays. Kanze Noh Theatre tickets must be reserved separately and run on a touring schedule.
