ジブリパーク
Nature-surrounded park recreating Studio Ghibli worlds from My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, and other classics.
Ghibli Park in Nagakute, Aichi Prefecture, opened within the grounds of Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park and takes a deliberately different approach from a conventional theme park. There are no rides, only immersive environments recreating settings from My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke, each designed to blend with the surrounding forest. The park opened in phases across several themed areas, and capacity is deliberately limited to keep the atmosphere quiet and unhurried. Tickets must be purchased in advance for specific dates and areas, with booking sometimes opening months ahead. Planning early is essential.
