Fuunji’s draw is a concentrated dipping broth of chicken, pork, and fish, balanced with yuzu. Dip the thick, chewy noodles, then ask staff for hot water to thin the remaining broth into soup. The small, counter-only space means a queue is standard, especially during lunch hours.
