Free cheese-making facility on the south side of Furano with viewing windows into the production room and a tasting counter.

A municipal cheese factory established in 1992 to support local dairy farms. The main building's second floor has glass-walled viewing of the cheese production room; the ground floor holds a shop selling the factory's white wine, squid ink, and pepper-cheese varieties. A separate ice cream factory next door uses Furano milk, asparagus, and seasonal lavender. Free admission. The pizza workshop (booking required) lets visitors make their own pizza with factory mozzarella.
