スノーパーク イエティ
Laid-back ski resort offering a cafe, a shop & a ski school, plus Mount Fuji views.
Fujiyama Snow Resort Yeti on the slopes of Mt. Fuji in Susono is one of the first ski resorts in Japan to open each season, typically welcoming guests as early as mid-October using machine-made snow. The runs are beginner and intermediate level, but the draw is the setting: Mt. Fuji rises directly above the slopes, its iconic silhouette framing every run. A ski school and rental shop handle beginners, and a cafe lets you warm up with hot drinks while looking up at the mountain. The terrain is modest compared to Japan's major ski areas, but skiing beneath Fuji is an experience the bigger northern resorts simply cannot match.
