The tatami-floored dining rooms are a reprieve from the neon outside. The reason to come is the kitsune udon: a single sheet of sweet-simmered tofu over handmade noodles in a delicate dashi broth. While set meals exist, most regulars order this specific bowl. Closed Wednesdays.
