Dogo no Machiya

Stylish cafe set inside a beautifully renovated machiya (traditional townhouse) on the main shopping street of Matsuyama's historic Dogo Onsen district. The menu centers on gourmet burgers made with local Ehime ingredients, alongside rich cakes and desserts that pair well with the cafe's specialty coffee. The old house's dark wooden beams, stone floors, and intimate rooms create an atmosphere that feels both modern and rooted in the neighborhood's traditional character.
