A 154-shop retail and entertainment complex fronted by the 19.7-meter 1:1 RX-0 Unicorn Gundam statue, installed in 2017 (replacing the original RX-78 from 2009). The statue runs a transformation sequence four times daily (11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00) where the Unicorn shifts from Unicorn Mode to Destroy Mode with light and sound effects. Inside the mall, the Gundam Base Tokyo on the 7th floor is the largest Gundam plamodel store globally.

Local tips

Evening transformations (after 19:30 on weekends) include illumination and a 10-minute light show. Festival Plaza in front of the statue is a free-to-stand viewing area.
