Overview
Natural history facility introducing Kuju area of Aso Kuju National Park with seasonal displays and satellite imagery.
The Chojabaru Visitor Center is a natural history exhibition facility that introduces the Kuju area of Aso Kuju National Park. In addition to seasonal nature displays, visitors can view giant satellite photos and a high-definition theater showing Kuju's four seasons. Behind the center, the "Tadewara Marsh," a Ramsar Convention-listed wetland, spreads out, and visitors can take a walk along the wooden path. For those who wish to enjoy the globally rare Tadewara Marsh in earnest, we recommend a guided tour led by the Kuju Nature Guide Club.
