Blue Seal Kokusai-dori

Blue Seal on Kokusai-dori is the flagship parlor of Okinawa's most recognized ice cream brand, whose motto 'Born in America, Raised in Okinawa' reflects its origins as a US military base supplier that won over the local population after the war. The full flavor range is on offer here, with Beni-imo purple sweet potato and Salt Chinsuko being the most distinctly local choices.
