エンジェルロード
Picturesque locale with a chain of islands connected by a walkable sandbar that appears at low tide.
Sandbar on Shodoshima Island that emerges at low tide twice daily, connecting four small islands with a walkable path across shallow turquoise water. The appearance window lasts roughly four hours, so check tide tables before visiting. Legend says couples who cross hand in hand will have their wish for love granted, which makes it a popular spot for proposals. A hilltop observation point above the beach gives the classic overhead view of the sandy strip stretching between islands. The surrounding beach is good for wading and shell collecting, and nearby Shodoshima Olive Park pairs well as a second stop.
