Akame 48 Waterfalls

A 4-kilometer ravine trail in Nabari threads past mossy cascades up to 30 meters high, once used as a ninja training ground by Iga-ryu practitioners. The pristine river is home to Japanese giant salamanders, a protected national monument species that can grow to 1.8 meters. Five named waterfalls anchor the route, each with distinct characters ranging from delicate curtains to thundering plunges.
